For 2017 there are three classes of membership:
Previously referred to as "Full", wet membership covers all regular club activities for the whole year including pool swimming, lake swimming and all coached bike and run sessions for one annual payment.
Dry members will be able to participate in club time trials (summer events paid for by the club,) turbo sessions for free and can swim at the lake. They will also be entitled to other club benefits available to wet members such as subsidised kit and social events.
All the above classes of membership are available within the following categories:
- Junior/Student (Aged 16 or in full time education)
- Over 60s
Your category of membership is determined by your age as at 31st Dec in the year of membership.
This entitles members to join regular club rides, attend social events and purchase club kit. it does not cover club time trials, turbo sessions, swimming or any other events where members are being subsidised.

Our Training Standards
We welcome new members of all abilities, whether new to triathlon or experienced athletes. We have bike rides to suit all abilities at the weekend, and run special rides for prospective members who are unsure of their fitness levels on a bike. Similarly, run sessions are available for all abilities. Our coached swimming sessions also cater for a wide range of ability, and will be appropriate for you if you’re able to swim 400 metres front crawl in around 10 minutes or less. If you’re not at this level yet we’ll be happy to recommend appropriate swimming classes from local providers. If you have any questions please contact the club secretary at email@example.com
Please Note: Members are expected to marshal at the 7Oaks Triathlon organised by the club. The date of our next race is Sunday 7 May 2017.
Please ensure that the correct Club description is used when entering events (7Oaks Tri Club). This will help with compiling results and getting them on the web site.
The race kit will remain Louis Garneau for triathlon and SPIUK for cycle wear.
To order kit please send email with Club Kit in Subject line to clubkit@7Oakstriclub.co.uk
