Cancellation and Transfer Policy
From the moment that the race is planned, costs are incurred. Many races do not allow any sort of cancellation or transfer, however we appreciate that sometimes various factors get in the wayof you being able to compete. Therefore, if you want to withdraw from the event and defer your entry to the 2019 race you can do so as long as you contact email@example.com on or before 25th March 2018. After this date we cannot defer your entry. We are sure you will understand.

7oaks tri club has been registered to take part in the 2018 TESE Senior Series:
We are pleased to announce details for the Triathlon England South East (TESE) Region Club Senior Series for 2018, which follows the same format as the successful 2017 Senior Series.
Every year we publish anonymous feedback from competitors. We take this feedback very seriously and try to continuously improve our event. We would like to thank all of our competitors particularly those who provided input.

The places have been donated by 7Oaks Tri Club to ellenor (formally known as chYps Children’s Hospice at Home), a charity for families facing terminal illness.
After the club Triathlon on 17 April we received this letter from our nominated charity - ellenor who provide support to families facing terminal illness. We gave them ten places at the triathlon -
