7Oaks Triathlon / Aquabike / Duathlon 2026

The 7Oaks Triathlon returns in 2026 for the 41st edition on Sunday 17th May 2026.

We offer three race options

  • Triathlon: 400m Swim (16 lengths of the 25m pool) at Sevenoaks Leisure centre, followed by a 25km undulating bike course, finishing with a 5km run around Knole Park.
  • Aquabike: 400m Swim (16 lengths of the 25m pool) at Sevenoaks Leisure centre, finihsing with a 25km undulating bike course, 
  • Duathlon: 5km run (Knole Park), undulating 25km bike course, 3.3km run (Knole Park)

Our event was part of Triathlon England South East Club Senior Series for 2025, an inter-club championship comprising six races in South England, and we hope it will be again in 2026. See Senior Series – British Triathlon

The race is organised by 7OaksTriClub who provide the many friendly marshals on the day. The event is supported by many local businesses.
