Course Information

Our event has been granted a permit by the BTF which is confirmed on their wesbite

Swim Details

Each participant will swim 16 lengths of the 25m pool to complete 400m in total.

Run details

In 2023 the event changed from a triathlon to a duathlon.  For 2024 it reverts to a triathlon with a 5km run in the area of Knole park shown below. The start will be outside Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, close to the Transition area. The course keeps to public footpaths and tracks and meets Knole Park’s strict environmental requirements. 

Cycle Details

The 25km bike course starts off through Sevenoaks High Street and then travels through the beautiful Kent countryside to arrive back at the Leisure centre.
