We welcome new members of all abilities, whether new to triathlon or experienced athletes. We have bike rides to suit most abilities at the weekend, and run special rides for prospective members who are unsure of their fitness levels on a bike. Similarly, our run sessions are available for a range of abilities. Our coached swimming sessions also cater for a wide range of ability. However, to ensure a safe environment, our club policy is that members should be able to swim 400 metres front crawl in around 10 minutes or less.
