A gentle reminder on the policy for competitor withdrawal as set out in the waiver signed by all competitors on registration for the race: "Should you wish to withdraw from the event and defer your entry until the 2022 race you can do so as long as you contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org)
on or before 14th March 2021.
After this date we cannot defer your entry. Alternatively you may transfer your place to another athlete by logging in to your Active Endurance account and entering the email address of the person you want to transfer your enter to on or before 14th March 2021. After they have registered and paid you will receive a refund of your race entry less a processing fee."
We are pleased to announce that Sussex Photography will be taking action shots on the day. A full gallery will be included on their website after the event and all competitors will be able to download images without charge.
each rider will receive a time on the majority section of Shipbourne Hill and will be allocated a gold, silver or bronze category with the fastest male and female being crowned King and Queen of the Hill, respectively, and each awarded an individual prize.
Finish line spot prizes will be handed out to some competitors for extra efforts
Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd male/female and 1st in each 10 year age group male/female. Only one award per person. Medals for every finisher.
